With the right resources we can live happy, healthy lives.
We take the anonymous things that were said during our sessions and bring them to you as psychoeducational materials. We also add in some research and the stories of others.
Resources
These materials have been made for the Black community to use as conversation starters, self help, and for the Black community to feel seen, heard, and know they are not alone.
Allies may also find the materials helpful as conversation starters, awareness, and to think about how you can support others.
All our materials are free to use. Feel free to share the love and tag us when sharing 💞
